Small businesspeople are known for their ability to wear multiple hats. They often serve as their own salespeople, customer service providers, webmasters, public relations managers, and even accountants. Although it’s commendable to be able to juggle so many things, it’s not necessarily a good idea. Yet many network marketers and other home-based entrepreneurs do not even consider utilizing outsourcing. The two biggest objections? 1) Many think the cost is too high (actually it’s not) and 2) Many think that they must do everything themselves, in order to keep ‘control’ of their business.
