MLM Marketing — Question from a reader

Just today someone posted a comment to the blog, asking the following questions: (and I’ll paraphrase)

1.  How much can I expect my upline to help me?

2.  How much do I need to spend/invest in marketing each month?

Well both questions are difficult to answer — but here goes…

I made the mistake of expecting a lot of help from my upline when I was brand new to network marketing.  I started making more money when I
began relying on:  1) myself  AND 2) online marketing systems that help me leverage my time.

The Online MLM Mastermind System is an excellent tool, in my opinion. With it, you will learn to brand yourself (Attraction Marketing) and it will teach you the finer points of internet marketing skills, exactly as they apply to growing a network marketing business ONLINE.

My two recommendations for online mlm marketing systems:

As for what you need to invest into the marketing itself?  That depends on your situation.

If you have more time than money, you need to invest TIME on free and low cost marketing methods, such as video and blogging.  If you have more money than time, then you can invest MONEY into paid methods, such as pay per click advertising or direct mail.  If you have a little bit of time and a little bit of money, create a plan for doing a bit of  both, on a monthly basis. For example, you can carve out a couple of hours each day, so you spend 20 hours per week on video marketing, blogging and articles (very low cost and free methods)

Or, maybe you have almost NO free time at all.  Invest $100/ per week into pay per click marketing or ezine advertising.

It all depends on your situation, how fast you want to get things rolling AND your risk tolerance. Why risk tolerance?  Well, some things will work.  Some things will absolutely fail.  The important thing is that you never give up.  Continue to learn from your mistakes and missteps and move forward.

Whether you choose free marketing methods or paid marketing methods, don’t waste time getting started.  Time is precious and once it’s gone, it’s gone.
