Several months ago, I first ran across the Outsource Compendium by master marketer Jeff Mills. I personally purchased the full course, Outsourcing Secrets Revealed, and am now applying the principles to my network marketing business.
The biggest thing I have to remind myself of daily…work on my business but not IN my business. There is a HUGE difference in what we can accomplish once we ‘let go’ of some things that could be done better by someone else. This is the best way to leverage your time and talents.
